Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our magical toy collection. If you’re not happy with an item, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• All original tags and accessories must be included
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened audio books and music CDs (from our „Hörspiele & Musik“ and „Musik-CDs“ categories)
• Used SMART GAMES products
• Personalized toys or collectible figures (from our „Sammelfiguren“ and „Funko POP!“ categories)

Return & Exchange Process:

1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with subject „Rückgabe/Umtausch“ including:
   • Your order number
   • Item(s) you wish to return
   • Reason for return
   • Whether you want a refund or exchange
2. Return Authorization: We’ll send you return instructions within 2 business days
3. Prepare Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and include the receipt
4. Ship Package: Send to the address provided in your authorization. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty

Refund Timeline:

After we receive and inspect your return:

• Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
• PayPal refunds: Immediately after processing
• Original shipping costs are only refunded for faulty or incorrect items

Exchange Process:

• Specify your desired replacement item in your return email
• We’ll check availability and inform you
• After receiving your return, we’ll ship the new item with no additional shipping charges
